AUDEMARS PIGUET REVEALS THE ART BEHIND CODE 11.59

Audemars Piguet presents new creations from its Code 11.59 collection, highlighting the craftsmanship behind each timepiece. Perpetual calendars, chiming mechanisms, and natural stone dials take center stage in this latest selection from the Swiss manufacture.

One of the main highlights is the Code 11.59 Perpetual Calendar Openworked, the collection’s first openworked perpetual calendar. It features the new Calibre 7139, whose intricate mechanism is visible from both sides of the case. Its skeletonized bridges and wheels feature hand-finished details, offering a closer look at the precision involved in every component.

The Code 11.59 Minute Repeater Supersonnerie revisits one of Audemars Piguet’s historic specialties: minute-repeating watches. Its Supersonnerie technology is designed to enhance the acoustic performance of the chimes that indicate the hours, quarters, and minutes.

Finally, the Code 11.59 Selfwinding features a golden obsidian dial, made from volcanic stone that displays different tones and reflections depending on how light hits its surface. Natural variations make each dial unique.

With these creations, Audemars Piguet highlights the specialized craftsmanship and technical expertise found within its workshops in Le Brassus.
