KONSTANTIN CHAYKIN INTRODUCES THE WOLF

Konstantin Chaykin adds a new character to his distinctive Wristmons universe. Wolf is the second creation in the East collection, a series inspired by animals connected to Eastern culture that began in 2025 with Panda Titanium and will continue with new characters in the coming years.

For this new watch, Chaykin chose the wolf, a figure associated in East Asian traditions with strength, ancestry, and guidance. That inspiration immediately comes through on the dial. The large eyes serve as the hour and minute indicators, while the elongated, pointed upper lugs recreate the animal’s raised ears.

Texture plays a major role in bringing the character to life. Wavy guilloché suggests the direction of the wolf’s fur, complemented by sandblasted surfaces, polished elements, and a palette of black, gray, and silver. White fangs and the dark red interior of the mouth complete its expression.

The main technical novelty appears inside that open mouth. Chaykin developed his own interpretation of a moonphase display that focuses exclusively on the full-moon period. The disk begins to appear one day before the full moon, remains visible during it, and disappears the following day with an instantaneous jump.

To make this possible, the manufacture redesigned its signature Joker-indication module. Wolf is powered by the automatic K.18-28 caliber, based on the La Joux-Perret G200, offering a 68-hour power reserve inside a 40 mm stainless-steel case.

Unlike some special Wristmons, Wolf is not a limited edition. A new character has officially joined one of Konstantin Chaykin’s most recognizable families.
