La Gran Carrera by Autiq through northern Argentina with Frederique Constant

For five days, La Gran Carrera by Autiq traveled through some of the most striking landscapes in northern Argentina. More than 30 participants took part in a 1,400-kilometer rally along Ruta 40 Norte, driving across the provinces of Salta, Catamarca, La Rioja, and San Juan.

The caravan moved through Cafayate, Hualfín, Belén, San Blas, Londres, Chañarmuyo, Cuesta de Miranda, Talampaya National Park, Valle de Iglesia, Cuesta del Viento in Calingasta, and the Autódromo El Zonda Eduardo Copello. With every stage, the scenery shifted completely. Mountains, desert roads, vineyards, historic towns, and winding routes shaped the rhythm of the journey.

Throughout the rally, more than 110 precision tests were carried out in a competition where focus and consistency became essential. Each day introduced new challenges, both because of the road conditions and the distances covered.

Much of the experience, however, happened away from the stopwatch. The roadside stops, conversations between participants, and the opportunity to drive through some of Argentina’s most iconic landscapes became a defining part of this year’s edition.

Frederique Constant joined the event as one of the brands present throughout the competition, naturally connecting with an environment where precision and time hold a central role.

Once again, La Gran Carrera showed why these rallies continue to resonate so strongly. Not simply because of the cars or the competition itself, but because of the experience of discovering a country from a completely different perspective.
